Introducing Michele Waters Garcia.

I am very excited to be working with Michele Waters Garcia. She is a licensed real estate broker in both Florida and Texas. She led a top real estate sales team in and around Dallas for over 25 years. Michele moved to Punta Gorda over a year ago with her husband, Eddie, who is an orthopedic surgeon at the Department of Veterans Affairs Lee County Healthcare Center. He also continues his Navy Reserve medical career as a flight surgeon. Michele enjoys playing golf, boating, hiking, volunteering for numerous causes and spending time with family.

Over the next few months, Michele and I will be working together to transfer all my client details and services over to her. I am retaining my full licensure ’til at least the end of 2025, so I will still be available to discuss listings and marketing and guide any new buyers interested in Vivante. Michele and I will be working hand in hand, but at some stage I will take my licence to inactive and become simply an assistant to her, exclusively focusing on her Vivante business. Together, we have conducted three closings already this year, on top of the 50+ deals I have closed since 2011. Hopefully, she will develop that leading position to new heights with her own expertise as Vivante regains its position as one of the première condominium communities in Southwest Florida.
